The Southfield Jay staff has received another George H. Gallup Award. The award is for excellence in high school journalism, and it is given by Quill and Scroll, the international high school journalism honor society.
This is the tenth time the Southfield Jay has received the honor in the last 11 years, and Editor Ashley Guinn says she hopes to win another this year.
