The new Southfield Blue Jay Marching Band CD “Legacy” is available for purchase. The CD costs $5 and includes pictures of the band performing on the front and back cover.

“Legacy” features old standards such as “Bob Marley,” “S.O.S.” and “Backstabbers,” as well as new songs like “Forget You,” “All of the Lights” and “Cold Hearted Snake.” “Legacy” also features songs exclusive to the 2011-2012 school year, including “Best Thing I Never Had” and the Homecoming Drill and Dance.

Buying the CD is making a donation to the band, and all costs go to defray the bus costs of Band Camp for the 2012-2013 year. Call (248)746-8682 for questions or to order a CD. The CDs will also be sold in the band room by Band Director Tom Miller.
