Restaurant Review: P.F. Chang’s does dinner right

P.F. Chang’s is a blend of classic Chinese cooking with an up-to-date bistro touch. The dim lighted and tranquil Chinese melodies playing in the background set a mellow and relaxing atmosphere.

The excellence in customer service is evident upon entering P. F. Chang’s. My associates and I walked in and were greeted with a warm welcoming smile from the hostess. Within minutes, we were seated at a huge red oak table with a vanilla candle burning in the center. As soon as we got to our table, our bubbly hostess, Lisa, introduced herself to us. The customer service at P.F. Chang’s was superb.

After contemplating what to order off the menu we finally decide on our appetizers. We started with crab wontons, those scrumptious deep fried breaded morsels stuffed with crabmeat and cream cheese, served with a side of red plum sauce ($5.95)

After much debate we decided to order shrimp with lobster sauce, Sichuan From the Sea, and the Singapore street noodles as our main courses. The shrimp and lobster dish is made with garlic white wine sauce with Chinese black beans, mushrooms, scallions and egg, priced at $11.95.

The Sichuan From the Sea is tender scallops, shrimp, or calamari prepared in a red chili pepper garlic sauce. We opted for the shrimp ($12.25).

The Singapore Street Noodles is a combination of shrimp, chicken, and rice noodles stir-fried in a spicy curry sauce for $8.95.

The price for a meal at P.F. Chang’s is reasonable considering the food quality and ambience. Prices range from $3.50 to $7 for appetizers, $2.95 to $9 for soups and salads, and $6.95 to $17.95 for main course dinner entrees.

My associates and I enjoyed ourselves at P.F. Chang’s. The pleasant atmosphere, good service and great meals made it a restaurant experience to remember. The restaurant was clean, with good customer service, and the food was good.

P.F. Chang’s is a great family and friend restaurant with high quality customer service to match its high quality food.
