Looking back on 2006, it was a year of tremendous change at Southfield High. But little changed on the state level or the national level.
The school changed leaders, but Jennifer Granholm is still the governor of Michigan, and George W. Bush is still the president of the United States.
On a worldwide scale, the war in the Mideast raged throughout the year, and will likely do so in 2007. Here’s The Southfield Jay’s wrap up of what happened in 2006:
