Taylor Thomas is a first-year staff writer for The Southfield Times. Outside of school she plays league softball and volleyball in Metro-Detroit. She is a member of DECA and Project Womanhood. She plans to attend Oakland Community College as a dual enrollment student while in high school next semester. In the fall of 2017 she hopes to be attending Clark Atlanta University to major in graphic design.
