Samaiyah Abdur-Rahman is a staff writer for The Southfield Times. Outside of newspaper she is a member of Student Congress, Project Womanhood and DECA. She is the Historian for Class Board and President of Scholars Plus. She is a member of the Girls Varsity Tennis and the Prom Committee. She plans to major in creative writing and fashion journalism.
